LANX REPAIRS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
When you send your LANX footwear to us for repair, here’s what you need to know.
WHAT WE’LL DO
All repairs are carried out by our in-house team or local LANX-approved cobblers.
We only use quality materials and components that meet LANX standards.
Repairs include (but aren’t limited to): resoling, heel replacement, stitching, eyelets, heel tabs, and general refurbishment.
If your requested repair isn’t possible, we’ll let you know before any work is started.
SENDING YOUR FOOTWEAR TO US
Customers are responsible for securely packaging footwear to avoid damage in transit.
Once payment is confirmed, we’ll send you a postage label (UK only).
LANX is not liable for shoes lost or damaged during return shipping if improperly packaged.
TURNAROUND TIME
Repairs typically take 14 working days from the date we receive your shoes.
This can vary during peak times, but we’ll always keep you informed if there’s a delay.
PAYMENT
A full quote will be provided once your form and photos are reviewed.
Payment must be made before any work begins.
Repair prices are non-negotiable and based on the scope of work needed.
WHAT’S COVERED (AND WHAT’S NOT)
Repairs are guaranteed for 6 months from the return delivery date.
Our guarantee only covers the specific work we’ve done.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or further wear and tear is not covered.
DECLINED REPAIRS
We reserve the right to decline repairs if:
The shoes are not LANX products.
The footwear is beyond reasonable repair.
The work requested compromises the structural integrity of the product.
DATA PROTECTION
Any personal information submitted via the form will only be used to process your repair request. We won’t pass your info on.
